• Consultation and contact requests: your name, role, email address, phone number, facility type, the products or services you're interested in, and anything you write about your rooms and goals.
• Online orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
• Scheduling: if you book a consultation through our online calendar, the name, email address and details you enter to set up the meeting.
• Emails and calls: anything you send us directly by email or share with us by phone.

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website and the time and date of your visit.
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files that help the site work, keep your cart, and show us how visitors find and use the site. Our cookie policy lists the cookies we use.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and schedule consultations.
• To process, ship and support your orders, including warranty questions and tracking.
• To send you information about our products and services, where you have asked for it or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with companies that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do that work:

• CRM and email: HubSpot, which receives form submissions so our team can follow up.
• Scheduling and meetings: Microsoft, which runs our booking calendar and Teams meetings.
• E-commerce and payments: WooCommerce and Stripe, to take and fulfill orders. Stripe handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy.
• Shipping carriers: to deliver your order.
• Website hosting and tools: SiteGround (hosting), Elementor (site builder, accessibility widget and cookie consent tool) and Google Fonts (typefaces).
• Manufacturing partner: Toli, when needed to handle warranty claims or custom product requests.
• Professional advisors and authorities: our lawyers and accountants, or government authorities when the law requires it.
• Business transfers: a buyer or successor if Magic Shields is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Some cookies on this site may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information under certain US state privacy laws. You can opt out at any time using the "Do not sell or share my personal information" link in our cookie banner or the cookie icon at the bottom left of any page.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and after that for as long as we need them for warranty, tax, accounting and legal purposes. We delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising and profiling.

You can also use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limits on our business systems. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for healthcare facilities, professionals, families and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
